Selling Ankha (99% originial)

I am selling Ankha.

The only thing that has changed about her is her shirt. It is a custom shirt, so if you try to get her back into the mummy shirt, the shirt will not get rid of any furniture (assuming that she did wear it).

I am taking IGB or TBT, and the offer will be 10mil or 40-50 tbt.

(Please keep in mind that this is my first post of this kind. If you feel this is unreasonable or you have a decent offer, please do not hesistate to ask.)

Is it bad that I want her but I don't have the space yet? When is she leaving? Because a villager of mine is leaving on the 29th so we could probably do something then.

(And I'm new here too so I'm sort of still confused on everything. Reading the FAQ just isn't helping me).

I'm interested! Would you consider 30 tbt? If not, 40 is fine.
