Does the forum look like this for anyone else? I've tried refreshing a few times. If this is just me - any suggestions?

It's just cached a non-existent CSS file. Do a full refresh using CTRL + F5, or since you're on a Mac, possibly SHIFT or COMMAND + F5.

EDIT:

I googled it, I went to More Tools > Clear browsing data in Chrome.

oh I had it like that too on my phone lol
and on my laptop spoilers were broken
but yeah ctrl + h and then clearing data/cache fixed it for me on both c:
