Does it bug anyone else that things can't be centered?

Most of the time, I don't care, but when I'm feeling designy and start moving things around and hanging stuff on the wall, it really bothers me.
"Would it had killed you people to add one extra row of space inside? Would it?!''
It is what it is, but still.

it's so simple to use 2 wide objects instead of centering stuff there really isn't a need for that to be part of the game

Hanging things like clocks, flowers, or sconces does make me a little nuts when I can't center it. I know there are plenty of 2-space items, but they don't always work for the design I want. Depending on the wallpaper you have up, it can end up looking wonky, too.

YES I HATE IT I can't put the tea-cup ride in the middle of the room and it's so frustrating, I have to have it like, pushed up against the wall orz looks dumb but I kept it anyway

Omg yes! Especially now as they've moved the furniture placing process from HH across to new leaf but didn't bother moving the centre placement option over too!

i agree! especially after playing hhd, where customization is sO easy, sometimes it bugs me that i can't use half-spaces in nl like in hhd

Yes! I was really upset when they didn't add it in the update.

Sort of but not really. Like, it would be great to use half-spaces like in HHD but I also like the challenge to find something tha works in the way that New Leaf works.
