AHHHH! *Panics* While I was picking apples from my trees
I saw [Insert thread name here]. I tried to get rid of it by using my axe and shovel but it didn't work.
Did my town get infected with some kind of a plague?
Please help. It literally looks like a rotten belly button. [EW].
I really HATE it. (=~=)!!

Omg I think so. I literally have over 300 apples on the ground.

No, weeds and fruit on the ground and things like that don't affect the appearance of the rafflesia at all. Plant more trees and build more PWPs, that's the only thing you can do to get rid of it. (Try building a PWP on TOP of it to get it to go away faster, but unless this helps meet the criteria for not having one of them, it will only spawn somewhere else the next day.)
 
That's the rafflesia, you need more PWPs and trees to get your town rating up.
 
The title made me laugh so hard :D
I remember when I had my first town I time travelled a lot and had tons of weeds, then I found the rafflesia and wondered what it was. I think I thought it was a pretty flower at first haha. I eventually picked all the weeds and it went
