If you talk to her, she'll say something about trying on some make up though, so it's not really her face, just a drawing.

In older versions of Animal crossing, you could draw on her face and she'll give you something in return.

what????? I've never actually seen her, or heard about drawing a face for her! That's so cool! Does she end up saying anything about the face drawn for her?
