T-Bone will be waiting forever until tomorrow morning 6AM for a piece of fruit that he will never get. He asked me for an orange, one of 4 fruits in my town that I do not have. I guess he missed the memo that I'm not buying or getting anything from anyone.
 
It's possible to get the other native fruit from villagers as thanks for doing favors. I got my first bamboo shot and persimmon this way, and also got an apple and orange like that, but at that point I had already obtained those from someone else. So eventually you'll get them... just not in time for this request. :)
 
LOL yeah, I once got a permission from a villager, two weeks into my town. T-Bone unfortunately asked a little too early for a fruit I don't have,
