Apple looks adorable but I'd go with Cookie. I've experienced having her in my town for a while.

Ok, out of the two selected, I'd choose Cookie. her design looks nicer to me. But I'd still choose Rosie over any other peppy
 
apple seems like a sweetheart. cookie seems kind of generic to me? hamsters are cuter, in my book. let us know who you pick!
