Every time that I try I get an error and the thing I post doesn't show up. I'm not sure what to do and really need some assistance lol

Maybe can someone type out a little layout thing that I can just fill in?
 
Upload your photo to imgur or something similar. Then use this code.

Edit: oh and make sure you use a direct link from imgur. It should end in a file extension. (.png, .jpg, etc).
