I want to wilt some black roses, but I can't, due to the fact that I have other growing hybrids around my town, which means I can't switch off my ordinance. But, I came to a conclusion and I've decided that I want to turn off the ordinance and buy fertiliser. Please offer me a price, and I'd like as many as you could offer. Thanks.
