what do you do with your extra normal flowers?

I'm currently using a few of them in my town as decorations and I use others to help mend bare patches in my grass across town but other than that I just throw out all the extras that sprout up. I have enough flowers as is and it's not worth me time to try to give them all away since nobody wants them anyway haha.
 
I sell them to Reese, usually just the extra flowers that the villagers plant though.
 
I usually sell them.

But sometimes I gather them up and trample over them. It's a great stress reliever. :p
