RV camper won't move in?

So I've never had a problem moving a RV camper in, but I have Etoile in my camp grounds currently and she says the following when I try to move her in; she says that there is an event and she doesn't want to disturb, or something along those lines.

Is there a reason for this? Or am I just doing it at the wrong time?

do you have the game set to actual time? if so, the bug off is today, so maybe thats why?

They won't move in a day when there's bug-off even if it's not a whole day event or any event for that matter. Try again the next day (after 6am)

While the event may have been over, the game probably still registered it as an event day and therefore prevented you from doing so.

Yeah, I started figuring it'd not let me move her in until after 6am when time set a new day.
