Ended up adding Tia to my town, since she has the most votes! I do like that her appearance feels more 'classic'-animal crossing also. she is in my sig now too ^.^
 
I honestly love them both and have both of them in one of my towns, but I think Chai is a better fit for a pastel town. Especially her house is a lot cuter than Tia's.
