You can get a lucky egg by talking to Professer Kukui in his lab after registering 40 pokemon in you pokedex. If your grinding a higher level team, I'd recommend either rematching the elite four repeatedly, or in Poni island around the battle tree, because of bewears near there which give a decent sum of xp.
