I want to start a new town and I want to keep skye and Deirdre, So if somebody can keep me these villagers, it's nice ! 
I can, but I don't understand the whole cycling concept very well.
UPDATE: I think I get it now. I've just caused one of my villagers to move out on the third of next month.
UPDATE 2: And messed it up somehow. I skipped ahead to the moving date and he was still there and not in boxes.
UPDATE 3: Nevermind. He's gone now.
