How do you upload a photo with its original size

Please respect GDPR
Either convert it to a JPEG (this works up to about 1600px horizontally, I think, but will still lossily compress) or just avoid the site's uploader altogether since it's pretty harsh at reducing those file sizes and takes TBT away.
