what are tbt? how do i get them? how do i give them to people?

I have read all of the posts about TBT but I still don't get it! I don't know where I can see how much I have, I don't know if I even have any, I don't know how to get them! Please help!!http://www.belltreeforums.com/images/smilies/gyFrown.png

TBT Bells are essentially the currency of the forum. You can use it to buy collectibles that go below your avatar, trade it for in-game Bells, and even use it to buy in-game items and villagers!

The most prominent way of earning TBT Bells is to post! Right now you have 18 TBT Bells (which you can see by looking underneath your avatar). Some people earn TBT by selling in-game stuff, selling avatar and signature graphics for use on the forum, or even doing commission-like art for users here!
