I've actually had both (Walker in City Folk and Benjamin in New Leaf), but I just personally like Walker more-he was in my City Folk town for two years at least (from 2011 to 2013, although being completely honest, I haven't played City Folk since 2013, so he may even still be in it now) and I had Benjamin briefly in my New Leaf town in 2015 on into last year.
I've actually had both (Walker in City Folk and Benjamin in New Leaf), but I just personally like Walker more-he was in my City Folk town for two years at least (from 2011 to 2013, although being completely honest, I haven't played City Folk since 2013, so he may even still be in it now) and I had Benjamin briefly in my New Leaf town in 2015 on into last year.
