Site not displaying right, please help-Resolved!

I don't know where I'm posting, or if I'm posting.
Everything is yellow, is it the site or my computer?

UPDATE EDIT:

I started disabling various extensions on my home bar, I turned off my pop up blocker and now everything's fine. I've had that pop-up blocker for 2 years and I've always had it on the 2+ months I've been here.
Maybe it needs updated? It was fine at 5pm, I left for awhile and when I came back around 9pm, it went wonky. Who knows...

I recommend clearing your history & cache. That could do the trick.

That was the first thing I did

, it hasn't worked. I restarted my laptop too.
The page will display fine if I close and reopen the browser, but for that page only, any other page or if I refresh the page it will turn into this
