Lol, that happens sometimes. If you talk to Lottie, she'll say she forgot to put on her makeup that day, and that she wanted to look pretty for Digby.

It's just Lottie without makeup but I agree with you on the ditto comparison. That is scarily similar to a Ditto. I haven't played ACHHD in months (maybe even a year) so I haven't even played that long to encounter it in game, but i've definitely seen it before.
