I'm almost done with my house expansion

I just have to expand the basement to 6x6 then to 8x8 and my house will be fully expanded. In the 2 years of me playing this game, my house never made it past the second floor because I kept restarting. This will be quite an accomplishment and a milestone for me.

Thank you. Yeah, it's taking a while but hey, games like this aren't meant to be finished in a week, amiright? Plus, I'm kind of rich in this game, but I'm still trying not to use my saved bells to pay off my house, that would make it TOO easy. I'm selling fruit and stuff and using that money to pay off my loans. And it's taking forever.

What are theme challenges?

They are challenges that I believe Lyle gives you after you reach full expansion of your house. I believe that it judges you based off of the theme you have in each room and if an item is not within the theme it will not go toward your score. I think there is more but I have not done it because I am too scared to, honestly!
