You have to save 42,000 TBT and buy the "Start A group" add-on in the shop.

I personally don't think it's worth it because that amount is almost impossible to get these days. Very few members have over 10k TBT and gaining TBT isn't easy these days. You'd be better off making a discord group or Skype.

Not worth it - at all

The groups either die in a few weeks / months or never get going at all
Its 100000000000% easier and more convenient to make a Discord chat or something

Are group threads still allowed in the basement? If they are, you could do that instead for free. Make a group as a thread instead.
