In my opinion, a straw is a hole, so with that logic I could see 1 or 0 making sense.
But the thing, a straw, has two ends, both of which would be described as holes, so there's argument there as well.

What a delightfully funny question. I'd never considered it before.

2. if the straw didn't have the hole at the end, it would be one hole, so since it has the hole at the bottom it is two holes.

It's a tube. Tubes are made to be hollow in the middle, so to me I think it's 0

I think 1. To me the straw is a tube with one long hole through the middle and two open ends on opposite sides.

i guess it depends a lot on ur definition ofhole, if u think hole=opening then 2 is more logical but if u rhink the hole is the emptiness (that can have more than 1 opening) then 1 is better

i'd say 2 bc i wouldnt call a tube a hole (even tho it technically is i guess lol) i just think it's a tube thats enpty inside
