Selling Julian *for igb ~

julian has decided to move and i rly need the space for my dreamies, i will be tt'ing to get him on boxes (to the 26th) so pls be ready to pick him up/have space as soon as possible ~

i believe he's still a tier one villager so sensible offers pls . if he doesn't sell he will probably go to my sister in a couple of days (she's pretty nonchalant about it all but i don't want him to be voided)
