I've just started getting into yoga through online videos (not the best way, but nothing beats exercising for free and in private in your own living room) and as someone who has no flexibility whatsoever, it's HARD. But it feels good to stretch everything and go out of my comfort zone with being active. Is anyone here experienced with yoga? Does it get easier lol :lemon:
...I ask as I pretend not to cry from sore everything

I did yoga once for a short while, don't really remember, maybe it was a dream xD

But I think that it'll probably get easier long as you don't push yourself too much, take it slowly :3

I go to a more personal yoga class. It's usually me, my bf and like one or two other people, then my teacher. I'm not flexible at all and struggle with my upper thighs the most so I was worried of failing. My yoga teacher is SO chill and works with everyone's abilities and I think that's what's so important. That way nobody feels pressured. Everyone's bodies are different and have different strengths.

It really does relax me and my teacher's voice is to die for. I'd recommend yoga to anyone.
