can i link this game to 2 different New Leaf games?

When I linked it with one of my copies it automatically linked to my other copy if I'm not mistaken. So yes you can definitely link it to multiple copies, all it does is confirm you have the copy, i don't think it copies any actual data, because I had not unlocked everything it copied over to New Leaf.
