I'm not getting TBT Bells for making threads?

Hey, I found what I think might be a bug, but I'm not sure. I've made a few threads, one longer and two shorter, but I'm not getting anything for them in my logs. Nothing has changed. But I get a bell for posting on my already existing thread..? Can someone explain?
