Hi. My cousin and I are opening our taco shop. We thought of conducting surveys about customer satisfaction when we open. How do you think we should do this? What could be the best way? Any ideas you want to share? We would definitely appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
Online is the best way. If you have a website, put a survey up there, and obviously have the website address clearly visible somewhere in your taco shop. Customers have the option of filling in surveys there. A lot better than going up to people.
Have paper surveys for when they come into the shop that they can turn in to you, or mail to you. Also, have a survey on your website as well, and make sure your website is properly displayed.
