Well do you?
I like the skin. It's crispy and one of my favorite things.

it depends on the potato i guess? like if it's nice and soft i will, but if it's hard and dry i won't eat it.

I prefer it when it's seasoned, but I'll still eat it regardless.
It's apparently where the vitamins are, so there's always that ~

Hell yes, it's more flavourful than the inside if it's done right, especially with melted cheese. A lunchtime favourite when I was in secondary school.

I rarely have the opportunity to eat a baked potato because I only ever get them at restaurants and I don't go to restaurants much

I think I eat the skin sometimes. God I love potatoes. I should learn how to cook me a baked potato

Potatoes are amazing you guys

very rarely eat baked potaoes so i dont really remember but isnt the skin really hard and gross on baked potatoes? thats how i remember eating it, we always left the skin/Hard Shell.

as for other potatoes like boiled ones i only eat the skin of summer potatoes

I normally don't. I don't like the potato skin texture, no matter how it's cooked.
