Premium item headgear?

I just went to Reese's shop and it says they pay double for headgear, but I've tried to sell her both helmet like items and cap like items and she wouldn't pay extra for any of them, what exactly is headgear then? Or is the game bugged?
Any other similar experiences?

i could be wrong but i think headgear items are the ones that take up the accessory slot and the head slot, so not the masks or regular hats (something like the pumpkin head would work and sadly is the only example i can think of, lol)

but i've looked around and i have found a few posts where folks have had issues with it before, so i wonder if it is bugged, perhaps? i'm not really sure

Basically what Phantom said ^^^. Try selling the king tut mask or like one of those halloween masks OR something similar to Kid Cat's mask. That should do it.
