Help!!!

Its best to let the mother cat do her thing and try not to disturb her, Just bec. you dont see her around all the time doesnt mean shes not coming back. She almost surely will keep coming back to nurse them and keep them warm. I've raised litters of kittens. Unfortunately theres a good chance a few if not all will die anyway. Kittens never seem to do well. Accept that now. Best thing to do is leave food for the mother cat. Baby formula is good for the mother cat to drink it replenishes her for nursing. Dont seperate them or take them to the vet, the vet cant help them more than the mother. The only thing you can really do for the kittens themselves is make sure they're warm. Try to block wind or gently pile blankets and towels around them in a way that wont disturb the mother or prevent her access to them. Leave regular cat food and water for the mother, it will reduce the time she spends looking for other sources of food.

If you must nurse the kittens get an eye dropper and give them baby formula or kitten formula which can be found in most stores, or at the vet office. Give it to them warm, and keep them very very warm. Heating pads or regularly replace warm towels or blankets from the dryer. But only do this if you know the mother has abandoned them. Its best to let nature take its course. And find out who's cat it is. If you cant, at least try to capture it and get it spayed and release it. Obviously dont do this until the kittens are grown. Again, probably a few will die. Maybe all. Its sad, but theres not much you can do without making it worse. Cats breed like rabbits for this reason.

Personally, if its cold out, the only thing I would try to do is run an extension cord and slip a heating pad under them turned low/med. If you think you must, you can eye dropper them food when the mother isnt around, but you should leave them where the mother put them.
