And once I get the image, I use http://waifu2x.udp.jp/ :^))
I usually set it to artwork and to the highest noise reduction.
You can upscale it, but I wouldn't recommend going any higher than 1.6x

Gorgeous spots! It must have been so time consuming. What's your dream address if you don't mind me asking? I really enjoy appreciating other people's towns.
Your town is really beautiful! I love your arrangement of bushes and clovers, and how you haven't completely blocked the PWPs off with the bushes and how you don't have a bush or flower in every space. It's very pretty and nature-like and I like that about it.
