I'm pretty certain it's gonna cost a lot more than that. Fleas are not obtainable anymore, and I doubt they will be ever again, so to part with one you're gonna want to get a lot in return.
 
I wouldn't give up, quite a few people have been selling them for around 50 this past week. Good luck finding one!
