I second this. Pelly is a sweetheart, though occasionally I like being entertained by Phyllis's nastiness.

Pelly. She reminds me of one of my best friends from elementary-middle school, who was the only one who was ever really nice to me. Her name was Penny (short for Penelope), which is kind of similar to Pelly.
I've never liked Phyllis's meanness. Now if it was sarcasm or dry humor, that's I'd like. It's kind of difficult to get those across through a text-based medium though….
