How do you pronounce "either" and "neither"

i also use the ee sound for neither but the eye sound for either. i've never thought about this
 
pronounced like the letter E for both but I might have pronounced it like the letter I occasionally.
 
Now that I think about it I'm not sure. I think I've said it both ways in the past (so i guess "either" way haha)
 
when i read them, i feel like i use both evenly. but when i say them out loud, i think i lean towards using eyether and neye-ther more?
 
Both, but I say eyether and neye-ther more cause I feel like they sound more pleasing and appropriate.
