There is a pattern I've been looking for for months with no luck.

Edit: I found a picture of it! I have this pattern on an older town of mine, but I don't remember where I got it and I want to use it in another town as well.

Obviously from a Japanese blog, but all the ones I have bookmarked don't have it.

Does it have one red anchor in the middle or multiple small ones? I'll try to find it but I can't promise any success.
