Your personal tier list?

My current villagers: Toppest of top tier
Everyone else: Lowest of low tier
 
Tier 1 - Carmen

Tier 2 - All of my other villagers in both of my towns, plus villagers I have amiibo cards/figures for

Tier 3 - everyone else (except the ones I dislike/hate)

Tier 4 - every villager I dislike/hate (I don't have cards for them)

Tier 5 - MARSHAL. (Fight me, I hate him the most.)

Tier 1: Clyde, Pashmina, Poppy, Beau, Maddie
Tier 2: Tipper, Freya, Curt, Vladimir, Stinky, Iggly, Scoot
Tier 5: Marshal, Hopper, Bill.
 
Top Tier: Sally, all squirrels, All rabbits, All my villagers in my four towns.

Bottom tier: everyone else
 
Top tier: Villagers I like
Middle tier: Villagers I've never had/got attached to
Bottom tier: villagers I dislike (Elise, Pompom, Hippeux, Chops)

tier 1: tammy (want!), coco, ruby, tangy, kiki, marcel, chief, katt, kyle, felicity
2: flurry, pashmina, skye
3: diana
4: marshal
5: -
 
T1: Julian, Lolly, Skye, Melba, Merengue, Maddie, Cookie, Dobie, Fang, Beau, Punchy, Phoebe, Genji, Leonardo, Bunnie, Pecan, Kitty, Vivian, Sylvana.. probably a few more. I love a lot of the Normal personality villagers

T2 - T4: there's too many to name. I don't care for Marshal or Stitches very much, they'd probably be T3 for me.

T5: every mouse villager (especially Greta), Hazel, Katt, Pietro.. probably a lot more
 
Tier 1- Tabby, Katt, Bella, Marshal
Tier 2- Pretty much almost everyone else
Tier 5- Julian and Ed

Tier 1 all my villagers Diana, Fauna, Chrissy, Fuchsia, Nana, Marina, Flora, Peanut & Cookie (not in order as I love them all the same) and a few of my other favorites that don't match my towns theme Stitches & Portia

Tier 4 overrated villagers that I dislike .. Merengue, Marshal, Francine, Bluebear, Margie, Lily

Tier 5 villagers I absolutely hate .. Penelope, Snake, Bob, Cobb, Julian, Rasher (pretty much any pig, horse, frog, -- actually there is a lot more can't even name them all but this is a pretty well organized list)
 
All the really ugly bottom tiers are tier 1 for me. Except Hippeaux. But the other cute ones like Hazel, Beardo, Jambette, Wart Jr., are all tier 1 now.
 
My personal tier list is that all my villagers are on the same level (Tier one) as every other villager. This doesn't mean that I disagree with the tier list, because it's a good way of pricing villagers but I just like to think that all animals are equal in the game, because they're all villagers at the end of the day. Even villagers I don't like, LOL.
