idk i mean pinocchio's nose grows if he lies. when you say something you believe is true but rly it isnt then youre not lying, youre just wrong. if he doesnt know what is going to happen he cannot lie about it. even if he knows what triggers his nose growing he would probably end up confused because of the paradox or he would believe that it would/wouldnt grow.
he could say "my nose will grow" and his grows. it would seem like he hadnt lied but if he thought his nose wouldnt grow and he said he thought it would grow then he wouls be lying.
like, you can say something that is incorrect without lying. pinocchio is about morals and his conscience and ****, not about the guy being psychic.
