Okay, so I received and infraction and got temporarily banned and the ban was lifted a while ago, so I try to log into this account on my IPhone 7 and it says my ban is going to be lifted never, however, on my Samsung phone (the one I am currently using) I am able to access my account and there is no issue. Help please.
