I took a break for more than a year like I thought I wasn't gonna play AC actively anymore until I've learned about the Welcome Amiibo villagers as well as the big update. That's enough to motivate me to come back and make another town.

i took a 6mo break in 2016 and a 3mo break in 2017 so far. it's worth it tbh.

i've taken so many breaks tbh. longest was i think 7 months. just cuz i don't play it a bunch doesn't mean i love it any less

I haven't played AC for 5 months, before that I hadn't played for another 6 months. My 3DS is scattered somewhere around my house and I've just gotten bored of it. I just logged into my BTF account after a long time too, I think Ill post here every once in a while and it's nice there's still a close community
