Buying Politoed

I'm playing Pokemon moon and I've been trying to get Politoed for ages /: I've already used my king's rock to get a Slowking and chaining/GTS trades have not been helpful.

I'm willing to pay some TBT (though not all of it) so please make a reasonable offer! I also breed Eevees so if you want an Eevee or one of its evolutions in exchange I can do that too ^^; For the Eevees, I don't pay attention to IVs or what not, I just breed em cause I like em.

I don't have a pref for IVs or nature or anything. I just want a Politoed ;;

do you want to keep the politoed or just register in dex?
i can get you a poliwhirl with kings rock on it and have it evolve when i trade it to you!

Either! Eventually I'd love to own one, but as of now I really need to complete my dex so I can get the shiny charm ;u;
