It's not something I would probably choose personally, but I do think it's a nice map.

The things that I dislike about it is that I don't have much room for other things such as PWPs or gardens
and this isn't really the layout's fault but the placement of Marina >.< (the only villager house on the right side) should've learned how to plot-reset when I got her but oh well

I like it!
I wanted to try that kind of layout. I was supposed to go with it when it appeared as one of the choices but ended up resetting because I couldn't stand the initial villagers haha but yeah, the map is great. I like how the river looks like a stairway.
