for my mayor I have the normal, main room, office, kitchen, bathroom, basement, and bedroom but for my second character, I've given her a smaller home with boxes lying around, a mini fridge and a bed like a small apartment but I'm thinking of expanding for a bathroom or something.

My favorite so far is a class room. I don't know who made it, maybe it was in a youtube video.
They put villager pics on the desks and cushions on the seets. the cushions shared the design of the villager pics. It was my favorite room ever.
Also my friend made her basement a porno studio. I lmaf X'D

My setup is like:
For my mayor, I have a buffet room, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a garden/garage. Not sure what to do with the basement yet since I'm currently focusing on other character's rooms.
My second character has a clinic, mini-hospital room as her main then a classy bathroom on the second floor. Lastly, my third character who's a kid has a simple kiddie/Christmas room (might keep that setup for a whole year) then a private classroom. The rest are still WIP.
My museum has a cafe (owned by Mayor) and a flower shop (owned by the second character).

Maybe have a hobby room, like one for a fashion designer or a gardener.
I have an entire house dedicated to recreational activities. It has a basketball court, boxing ring, arcade, gym, cafeteria and shower room.
I've also been playing with the idea of a radio station/recording studio, and a clinic, but idk where I'd put them. I love all my houses the way the are now. Tempted to get a 2nd copy of the game, lol.
