just as the title says, i'm just curious if you can invite someone into your town SPECIFICALLY if the person moving out has already been asked to move to a new town and has put up the "moved out" sign.
or is it still considered that number of villagers in your town and no one can be invited? aka, you have to risk a void move in by going to the next day lol
