Few Villager Questions as a new mayor.

so yeah I just reset, a few questions on villagers;
1. do I have to have %100 mayoral approval or be past the 1st day to invite a villager to my town from someone else's?

2. if I have a scheduled void move in but stay on the first date and on the same day adopt a villager will the void villager be canceled and replaced or can I somehow get both in one day?

I'm not sure what you're really asking, but you can only have one person move in per day, same with moving out.

100% approval isn't needed, and only one person a day can move in. a second invite will cancel the first.
