What does the TBT bell market look like?

A group of friends and I are interested in starting a new group board. That means raising up 42,000 TBT bells.

Between us we own all the amiibos and have cooies of the NA, Japanese and EU versions of the game.

And we are planning a bake sale of sorts of items/ visits to our town to help raise the TBT bells.

So my question is: what is the going rate for unorderable DLC?

What about for visiting someone's RV park?

In the past I've always just traded or given visits away for free. But we would love that group board so...

Visiting RV: 5/10 tbt entrance, free or 2 tbt for additional visits
