If you want to get rid of the ? collectible, all you need to do is update your inventory and it will go away.

Hit the Shop tab on the forum header and then it'll be on the left hand side

go to the forum shop

once there, you will see on the left that among the feature tabs, one is for Inventory

click it and the new screen shows all your collectibles and purchased addons in a list format. simply hit save, and i believe the ? will vanish...

usually when you're sleeping, when you're at work/school or on vacation, and/or otherwise when you least expect it...

Usually new collectibles are put up temporarily for events and stuff. Sometimes you get them as prizes (such as my trophy), and other times users can create their very own in official contests!
