Would you take a 5IV one? It would be missing the attack stat since competitive Jolteon generally have a Timid nature which lowers attack and raises speed, and it's a special attacker so the attack stat wouldn't be used.

That depends on which game you want it for and how much BTB you are offering. Also, did you want it EV trained?
