So I am using this site on my mobile device [iPhone 5s] and I can't seem to use items. I want to change my username and I bought the item.
However, now I can't use it.
Do I have to go on a computer to change it?

There is no way for you to change it yourself currently, as far as I know. There was an exploit with the previous name changer being used so they've been disabled, but you can still contact a staff member to change it for you once you've bought the item. At least, that is what I've understood from reading around lately. Either way the link that Apple2013 posted is still valid, unless I'm mistaken.
