I'm looking for any town that has a decent amount of weeds available for pulling. I can offer some TBT for letting me come and pull weeds for the badge. Thanks!
 
If your town isn't too developed and you're willing to have a bunch of dead flowers lying around you can pluck them and they count as weeds.
