i'm interested in finding out what everyone does day-to-day in acnl c:

for me it would be:
★checking mail
★donating fossils/fish/bugs (whatever i've caught that day to the museum)
★watering flowers
★talking to residents
★planting any trees/flowers i need
★buying out the stores
★doing tournaments on the island if i've got enough time (same as beetle farming)
★finding the money rock/gem rock
★shaking trees
★helping friends out
★check campsite/check whos moving in or out

- checking mail
- looking for fossils/money rock/gem rock
- talking to villagers
- buying stuff from stores if needed
- check out campsite, RV area, and see if any events are going on
- check out the ReTail board to see if there's anything good on sale

The last one is pretty big for me lately since I'm trying to collect new welcome amiibo stuff.

Talk to villagers
Ignore their requests
Check to see stores and what they have today

That's literally all I do. I need to do more than this...

one of the reasons i made this thread is to see if i could mix it up a bit with my dailies! it's always good to get inspired by other people lol. i laughed at 'ignore their requests' im guilty lmao

- Talk to villagers (and hammer them if they plant anything)
- Check flower gardens for hybrids and remove unwanted flowers
- Purchase fertilizer, plant said fertilizer and water fertilized area
- Check bingo numbers
- Build snowman to get new numbers or a new bingo card
- Check the forums for bingo numbers in other towns
- Help people breed hybrids or visit for fun

- Check mail
- Water the flowers I'm trying to breed
- Speak to my villagers
- Buy all of the gardening supplies at the shop
- Normally in the winter I just build snowmen, so I'll build one of them and check the others for their daily bingo numbers
- Scan an amiibo card even if I don't want anything from them, just to get the 5 Meow coupons
- Check out what Harvey has in his shop
- I might try to do some of the easier town initiatives, but ones like "catch an oarfish!!!" i usually will ignore lol

- Check mail
- Talk to my dreamies
- Do any tasks they give me that don't involve a specific bug/fish because I'm super lazy
- Go through the shops and get what I want
- Pick perfect fruit
- Do my little initiatives if they aren't super complicated/specific (catch a ___)
- Water the flowers I'm breeding, and maybe some others if I'm particularly bored (my town is overrun with flowers)
- Dig everything up because having stars in the ground drives me insane
- Try to get someone to freaking want the Police Station

And so forth.

check mail and make sure no one is moving

just realised i barely do anything omg

I have a pretty basic/routine list of daily activities. I'm sure I'll have more to do once I progress further with my town.

Check mail
Speak w/all villagers
Check the billboard and the plaza
Dig-up all fossils and pitfall
Check and complete any MEOW tasks that I can
Visit all the shops on Main Street, speak with Sable (since I don't have the QR machine unlocked yet)
Assess and donate fossils
Visit RV grounds
Scan an amiibo card w/Wisp
Water wilted plants, pick out any weeds

Check my mail
Dig up fossils/find money rock
Talk to whoever is outside
Check out the campgrounds
Check out the shops
Assess/donate at the museum
Sell whatever I don't want
Deal with the hybrid farm
Scan an amiibo and put away whatever i got that day in storage or place in my room

1: Talk to all of my villagers, accept their requests yet never bother to do them (someone said that lowers friendship but it doesn't for me by the looks of it),
2: Pay off loan,
3: Check what's in T&T (trying to get all of K.K.'s songs),
4: Re-order furniture to fit the room-size after expanding.

Check mail
Check hybrids
Water flowers
Make sure I dig up fossils
Dig up gyroids (if there are any)
Fall into pitfall seed
Check out campsite/rv
Check turnip prices
Buy both fortune cookies
Buy saplings from Leif

:DDD

Usually I just check my house, and see if anyone's gates are open. Even then, I don't play ACNL daily.

I went to the island today for the first time in months just to do some tours and enjoy sunshine. It is nice to vary your routines

-Scan card for meow coupons

-Check mail

-Check stores

-Gather shells, fruit, and whatever else is lying around

-Hit the ore rock and bell rock, dig up fossils and contribute at least one specimen to the museum.

-Talk to my villagers

-Go to the island

-Check hybrids

-Landscape a bit

-Check Retail premium and check campsite.

-check main street
-check harvey
-decorate the houses with the items purchased the day before
-playing puzzle ligue for more coupons
-go to retail to send or custom some item

I do this with all my four character
since my game is almost four years old I barely talk with my villagers now
I pay attention to them just when they ping
my main focus now is house design

Now that I've finally finished my town's "base" and all that's left for me to do is to gradually replace current villagers with my dreamies, I can finally settle in a pretty short and easy schedule :)

- Talk to the villagers I care about, and do any favors they ask as long as they're easy and quick to do

- While doing that I dig up any fossils I find and ask Blathers if the museum needs them

- Check the stores for items I might need, and buy all the bush starts/cedar saplings/fertilizers they have everyday and hoard them in my house storage

- Get an emotion from Shrunk, make a quick trip to the island to stock up on fruit to give him if I'm running low (don't want to shake any of my perfectly placed town fruit trees)

- Check the campsite for potential new residents

- Check Harvey's shop, and do any TPC initiatives that are quick to do

- Grab a coffee at Brewster's and do my shift for the day

- Sell any unwanted items I end up with at Re-Tail

- TT to the next day and do it all again

- Check mail
- Water flowers around my house
- Look for the daily fossils and hit rocks
- Check Timmy & Tommy's shop for new items and fortune cookies
- Buy all plants available in the gardening store
- Assess fossils in the museum
- Check the campground
- Sell fossils at the Re-tail store

After that it's pretty much different every time, but I do talk to my favourite villagers after all of the above :)

My schedule varies from day to day, but usually I separate it into mornings and evenings:

MORNING
-Check & Read mail
-Walk around, greeting villagers & watering flowers
-Dig up fossils & hit rocks
-Go to shopping district.
-Sell unwanted items & fossils
-buy plants & letter-writing paper
-buy furniture/clothes for favorite villagers
-Write letters to villagers, (in French.) Attach items. Mail.
-landscape

EVENING
-Visit with villagers, talking extensively, writing down & translating whatever words they say that I don't understand (because French)
-Create clothes designs and walkways.
-Visit the island

I go through phases where I only play a few minutes a day, though, in which case only a few of the items on these lists are addressed.

Start a pwp
Talk to some villagers.
Get a dreamie to easily move in with my friends cards
Kick someone out and bully them
Send bomb threats to Lyman and peewee
don't go to tortimer island because no one is telling me how to unlock it
Say hi to Japan friend and get some of his Sanrio RV items
Not TT >: (
landscape a bit when there's really nothing to do
Make designs that represent PWP/ Paths/ Houses/ Trees/ etc.
Do nothing
